Disconnect an account

In the Synaptix Lab tool, open your social accounts and choose Disconnect on the account. The tool stops using it right away, and we delete its access key and the rest of its data within 30 days.

You can also remove our access from the platform itself. For Google and YouTube, use Google’s security settings page. On Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, open the account settings, find the list of connected apps or business integrations, and remove Synaptix Lab.

Have your data deleted

Email [email protected] from the address you use with us. Use the subject “Delete my data” and name the accounts you mean. We reply to confirm, delete the data within 30 days, and email you when it is done.

What gets deleted

Everything we hold for the account: the access key; the account name, handle, ID, and picture; the pages, channels, or profiles picked; the posts we published for it, with their text, video, images, and links; the numbers we collected about it; and the record of who connected it and when. Backup copies are deleted within 90 days.

What stays

Posts already published stay on your account. Delete them on the platform if you want them gone.
