Synaptix Lab social publishing
Synaptix Lab runs a publishing tool for the businesses we work with. It posts their videos, clips, and photos to their own social accounts on schedule, and shows them how every post did.
Who uses it
Businesses that have an agreement with Synaptix Lab, and the people on their team they give access to. There is no public sign-up.
Where it posts
YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Google Business Profile.
Connecting an account
The account owner, or someone with the right access, signs in on the platform’s own page and approves Synaptix Lab. We never see the password. The platform gives us an access key that works for that account only, and you can take it back at any time.
What it does
It posts what has been scheduled for the account: videos, short clips, photos, and captions.
It reads the account name and picture, so your team can tell the accounts apart.
It reads the numbers for each post and for the account, like views, watch time, likes, comments, shares, and followers, and shows them in one place.
It does not send messages, follow or unfollow anyone, or read private messages.
